You can return your product within 14 days, if the packaging is unopened (and product not used). Coconut Skin Cosmetics does not cover the return payments. 

 

Damaged Item

If your item arrived damaged, here's what to do:

We're very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please email us at cooconutskincosmetics@XXXXXXX with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. Our team will be happy to assist you!

Make sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, as we may not be able to help after that time.

 

Incorrect Item

We're very sorry that you received the wrong item. We'd love to fix this for you! Please email us at coconutskincosmetic@xxxxxxx with your order number and a photo of what you received. Our team is happy to assist!

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, as we may not be able to help after that time.

 

Refund

If you returned your product within 14 days, you will receive a refund within 14 working days after Coconut Skin Cosmetics receives the return. The money will be transferred to the bank account you used when placing the order.
